These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of evexiapeptides.net and all purchase transactions with Evexia Peptides. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

1. Purchaser Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You further represent that you are purchasing materials solely for lawful in vitro scientific research purposes — not for personal use, resale as consumer goods, or any purpose inconsistent with research-use-only classification.

2. Research Use Only — Product Classification

All products sold by Evexia Peptides are classified as Research Use Only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption. They are not FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices. Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with all laws governing the purchase, handling, and use of research compounds in their jurisdiction.

Basic scientific research as contemplated under this Agreement does NOT include any clinical, diagnostic, or human research, nor use in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Evexia Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders believed to be placed for non-research purposes. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price in effect at the time of order.

Payment must be confirmed before an order is processed. Credit card purchases will appear on your billing statement as EVEXIA PEPTIDES. A card processing fee may be added at checkout and will be disclosed before payment submission.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or partially fulfill any order after confirmation.

4. Pricing & Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or data error, Evexia Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund where payment has been collected.

5. Taxes

Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders shipped to states where we maintain a tax nexus. For orders shipped to other jurisdictions, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable sales taxes or other taxes under local law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Governed by our Refund & Return Policy, incorporated herein by reference. All sales are final except as expressly stated therein.

8. Restrictions on Use of Materials

You agree that all materials purchased will be used solely for internal research for your own benefit and will not be:

  • Used for human or animal consumption
  • Resold, repackaged, or relabeled for distribution to third parties without prior written approval from Evexia Peptides
  • Exported outside the United States
  • Used in commercial applications, quality control services, or any activity involving reporting results for compensation

If you intend to provide materials to a third party, you agree to document the third party and obtain Evexia Peptides' express written approval prior to doing so.

9. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in connection with your purchase, handling, storage, and use of materials. You have an independent duty to investigate all hazards and to warn downstream personnel (including freight handlers) of applicable risks.

15. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under this Agreement must be filed and heard in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio. In any such action, you agree to pay Evexia Peptides' reasonable attorneys' fees, filing fees, and related legal expenses if Evexia Peptides prevails.

16. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any formal legal proceeding. Most concerns can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

17. Entire Agreement & Modifications

This Agreement, together with the incorporated Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Evexia Peptides. These terms supersede any conflicting terms in any purchase order or other document you may submit. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, limited only to the extent necessary to make this Agreement legal and enforceable.
